Anisa Bridal respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect through this website, how we use and protect it, and what your rights are.
What Data We Collect
We only collect data you voluntarily provide. When you submit the contact form on this site, we receive your name, email address and (optionally) phone number, together with any message you choose to send us.
This website does not use tracking cookies. For anonymous traffic measurement we use Cloudflare Web Analytics — a cookie-less service that does not collect personal identifiers and does not profile users.
Data Stored In Your Browser
Two features of this website store information locally in your browser rather than transmitting it to us:
- Favorites (wishlist). When you mark a dress as a favorite, the choice is saved in your browser’s local storage. This list is visible only to you, is never sent to Anisa Bridal or to any third party, and is cleared when you clear your browser data or use private/incognito mode. The optional “Share my favorites” link is a URL you copy and share yourself — recipients only see what you deliberately send them.
- Search. The search overlay filters our list of dresses and collections entirely inside your browser. Your search queries are not transmitted to us or to any third party.
Third-Party Services
The site relies on a small number of external services. They may collect data according to their own privacy policies:
- Google Fonts — used to load the Michroma and Jost typefaces. Google may log HTTP requests for these fonts (including your IP address and browser headers).
- Netlify — hosting and form service. The site is served from Netlify, and submissions to the contact form are processed by Netlify Forms: messages are stored in the Netlify dashboard and forwarded by email to Anisa Bridal. Netlify may also keep access logs of visits to the site.
- Google Maps — the contact page embeds a Google Maps frame so you can find our studio. Loading the map causes your browser to communicate directly with Google.
- Cloudflare Web Analytics — aggregated, anonymous traffic measurement (page views, device, general referrer). The service is cookie-less and does not identify users personally.
How We Use Your Data
Data submitted via the contact form is used solely to respond to your enquiry and, if you go on to book a consultation, to coordinate that appointment with you. We do not sell, transfer or share personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Data Storage & Security
This website is served as static files and does not maintain a database of its own. Messages sent through the contact form are processed by Netlify Forms — stored in the Netlify dashboard and forwarded by email to Anisa Bridal. Data may be retained on Netlify’s servers (primarily in the United States) in accordance with their privacy policy.
The site is served over HTTPS only.
Your Rights
Under the Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981, and the Privacy Protection Regulations (Data Security), 5777-2017, you have the following rights with respect to personal data you have provided to us:
- The right to access the personal data we hold about you.
- The right to correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
- The right to deletion of your personal data.
- The right to restrict the processing of your data.
